# Get Started With Passion Studio

Passion Studio is where you build your app — what's in it, what you sell, how it looks, and who it reaches.

## See What Studio Covers

Studio is one place to build and run your Passion app. You write no code — you make choices, and your app works from those choices.

It covers five jobs:

1. **What members get** — courses and their lessons, a community to talk in, goals to check in against.
2. **What you sell** — the plans on your app, the page new visitors land on, and where your money arrives.
3. **How it looks** — what leads your app, which tabs it has, and your brand color and type.
4. **Who's in it** — everyone with access, how engaged they are, and what reaches them.
5. **Your AI** — an AI coach who answers your clients from your material, if your plan includes You AI.

If you knew this as You AI Studio, it's the same product with more in it: the AI is now one part of Studio rather than all of it, and it sits in its own block in the sidebar.

## Navigate the Sidebar

The left sidebar groups every area by the job it does. Select an item to open it.

**Home** sits at the top. It gathers what needs your attention — what changed since you last logged in, and what to do next. Come back to it between tasks.

**Build** — what members get:

* **Content** — your courses, their sections, and the lessons inside them.
* **Offers** — the plans you sell and the sales page new visitors land on.
* **Design** — what leads your app, its tabs, and your brand look.

**Engage** — the people using your app:

* **Community** — your channels and the feed inside them.
* **Tracking goals** — the goals members check in against, and how they're keeping up.
* **Insights** — the conversations your AI has had, with the sources behind each answer.
* **People** — everyone with access, what they're on, and how engaged they are.
* **Notifications** — which alerts reach you, and where.

**Your AI** has its own collapsible block, labeled with your AI's name rather than the word AI. Open it for **Identity & voice**, **Behavior**, **Evaluation**, **Resources**, **Sessions**, and **Publish**. If your plan doesn't include You AI, this block isn't in your sidebar.

Below the divider sits **App Store & Play** for submitting your app to Apple and Google, with **What's new** pinned to the bottom. **Account** and **Settings** live in the account menu.

## Build Your App in Order

Most creators move through a similar arc. You don't have to follow it, but if you're new it keeps you oriented.

1. Open **Design** and choose what leads your app and which tabs it has. This decides the shape everything else fills.
2. Add a course in **Content**, then structure it into sections and lessons.
3. Create a plan in **Offers** and set what it grants access to.
4. Build your sales page in **Offers** so new visitors have somewhere to land.
5. Open **Community** or **Tracking goals** if members should talk to each other or check in against something.
6. Check **People** to see who has access, and **Home** to see what moved.

When the app holds something worth joining, submit it in **App Store & Play**.

## Set Up Your AI

Skip this if your plan doesn't include You AI.

Four steps get your AI useful to clients:

1. Open the AI block and select **Identity & voice** to set their name, photo, and how they sound.
2. Add at least one source in **Resources** you trust, so answers are grounded in your material.
3. Open **Behavior** and set the role they play plus any always-do or never-do rules.
4. Open **Publish** to turn them on for members, share a link, or embed them on your site.

Then watch **Insights** to read real conversations and see which answers landed. Build **Sessions** when you want to guide a client to a specific outcome that a free chat won't reach reliably.

You can refine any of these at any time — changes apply to new conversations right away.

## Use Universal Search

You don't have to hunt through the sidebar to reach a page, a member, or a conversation.

1. In the top bar, select **Search or jump to…**, or press **⌘K** (**Ctrl+K** on Windows).
2. Type a page name, a person, or a phrase from a recent conversation. Old names still work — "dashboard" finds **Home**, "clients" finds **People**, "pricing" finds **Offers**.
3. Select a result to jump straight there.

The command palette also reaches account-level pages like **Settings**, so it's the quickest way to move around once you know what you're looking for.

## FAQ

**Where do I start if I only have a few minutes?** Open **Design** and pick what leads your app, then add one course in **Content**. That's enough for your app to be worth opening.

**Do I have to fill in every area before I launch?** No. One course and one plan get you a working app. Community, goals, and your AI can come later.

**A sidebar item I expected isn't there. Why?** Studio shows only the areas your plan and app type include, and the AI block needs a You AI subscription. Check our pricing page, or ask your support team to map you to the right area.
