# Follow Your Launch Progress

See which stage your launch is at, what is still waiting on you, and how to reach the person building with you.

## The Three Stages

Your launch journey runs end to end through three stages, and the page shows which one you're in:

1. **Build** — your AI's identity, voice, and material are being assembled.
2. **Test** — your AI answers real questions so you can check them before clients do.
3. **Activate** — your AI goes live and you get your link.

The stage is derived from your account's actual state, not ticked off by hand, so it moves as the work lands.

## Clear Your Outstanding Actions

**Outstanding actions** lists what is waiting on you specifically. It's the fastest thing on the page to act on, because everything in it blocks the stage you're in.

1. Work down the list from the top.
2. Each action links to the screen where you complete it.
3. The list shortens as you go — nothing to mark done.

The two that hold launches up most are your voice sample and your first source. Both need you; nobody can supply them for you.

## Test Your AI Before Launch

In the **Test** stage, ask your AI the questions your clients actually ask. Suggested ones are offered to start you off, including the awkward kind:

* "I'm stuck — what now?"
* "What does my first week working with you look like?"
* "I followed your advice and I'm not seeing results. What should I do?"

Read the replies as a client would. Anything thin here is a gap in your material, and it's much cheaper to fix now than after launch. See [Check Your AI Is Ready](/help/make-your-ai-answer-well/check-your-ai-is-ready.md).

## Go Live

In the **Activate** stage your live link is generated. Until it's ready the page says "Your live link is on the way".

When it appears, copy it and send it to one client you already talk to. Their first questions tell you what to add next.

## Reach Your CSM

**Welcome from your CSM** carries the details of the person working on your launch with you. Use it when something on the page is unclear or an outstanding action doesn't apply to your business — that's faster than working around it.
