# Set Up AI Re-Engagement Emails

Let your AI send a short, personal check-in when a client goes quiet, and control when it happens.

## Turn On Re-Engagement

1. In the sidebar, open the AI block and select **Behavior**.
2. Find **AI re-engagement**.
3. Turn the switch on.

Your AI then sends a short, personal check-in when a client goes quiet. They pick the moment from the conversation itself rather than following a fixed schedule, so the message lands when it makes sense for that client.

## Set Who Qualifies

**Minimum client messages** decides which conversations count. Your AI only sends a check-in after a client has sent at least this many messages in the thread.

Keep this above one. A single message is usually somebody looking around, and a check-in on it reads as chasing. A client who sent three or four messages and then stopped is the one worth reaching.

## Set How Long to Wait

**Wait before sending** is the number of full days to wait before the check-in goes out once the conversation qualifies.

Short waits feel attentive on a fast-moving program and pushy on a slow one. Match it to your own rhythm: if you'd normally follow up after a week, set a week.
