# Keep Your Library Current

A smaller set of current, high-quality Resources beats a large pile of stale ones.

## Update Resources When Offers Change

In the sidebar, open the AI block and select **Resources**. Treat your library as a living thing — each question your clients ask that your AI can't answer well is the next Resource to add.

1. When you change pricing, curriculum, or offers, update the matching Resource so your AI stays accurate.
2. Replace material that conflicts with how you work today — two Resources that disagree pull answers in different directions.

## Find a Resource With Search and Filters

Use the search and filters above the library to find the Resource you need.

1. Search by name to jump straight to a Resource.
2. Filter by type to narrow to files, links, or notes.
3. Filter by visibility to see what's **Cited**, **Private**, or **Off**.

## Remove a Resource

Drop a Resource when it no longer reflects how you work.

1. Open the Resource's menu.
2. Select **Remove from library**.
3. Your AI loses access right away. Re-add it later if you need it.
