# Set Your AI's Name and Photo

Choose the photo and name clients see on every message your AI sends.

## Set the Photo

The photo is what clients see on every message, so match it to how you present yourself elsewhere.

1. In the sidebar, open the AI block — it carries your AI's name — and select **Identity & voice** (previously Profile).
2. On the avatar card, select the camera button (**Add or change photo**) and choose a **JPG, PNG, or WebP** image.
3. To swap the photo later, select the camera button again.
4. To clear it, select the remove (**X**) control in the corner of the photo.

A clear, recognizable photo helps clients trust who they're talking to.

## Set the Name

The name sits below the photo and appears wherever clients talk to your AI.

1. Select the name pill below the photo.
2. Type your AI's name — for example, "Ashley AI" or "Sam AI".
3. Press **Enter** to confirm. The name saves on its own; there's no separate save button.

Once you name your AI, use that name everywhere you talk about them — clients build trust faster with a consistent identity.
