## Name Your App

Open the account menu and select **Settings**, then **App settings**. The **Name & web address** card at the top holds both.

**App name** is what members see your app called, and the name your App Store and Google Play drafts start from. Type the new name and select **Save**. Names are 2 to 30 characters.

## Change Your Web Address

**Passion App URL** is the address your app is live on. Only the first part is yours to change: type a new one and select **Save**. Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, at least 3 characters. An address another app already uses is refused, and yours stays as it was.

Studio lives at your app's address too, so after a change it reloads on the new one. Select **Visit** to open your app.

Use this link in your bio, emails, and posts. It works before your native app is approved, so you can start selling while the stores review.

## Set Your App's Language

Under **General**, select **Language** to set the language your app is presented in for members.

This is separate from **Interface language**, which controls the language of Studio for you. Change both if you work in the same language you teach in.

## Add Your Legal Documents

Under **General**, select **Legal & privacy**.

1. Add your **Documents** — terms, privacy policy, and an imprint if your country requires one.
2. Turn on the cookie consent banner if you need consent from visitors in your region.

Do this before you take a first payment, not after. Both stores check for these when they review your app.

## Set a Support Email

Under **General**, select **Support email** and enter the address members should reach you on. Use one you actually monitor — this is where a member goes when something breaks.

## Add Tracking Codes

Under **General**, select **Analytics & tracking codes** to add your own codes and connect the analytics tools you already use.

There's also an option to keep personal details out of what's sent to those tools. Turn it on if you'd rather your analytics never receive member identities.

For other tools, select **Integrations** under **General**.

## Write Cancellation Instructions

Under **General**, select **Custom cancellation instructions** and write what a member should do to cancel.

Say plainly where they cancel and what happens to their access. Clear instructions here cut support messages and chargebacks.

## Ask for Member Names at Sign-Up

Under **General**, the **Member names at sign-up** switch controls whether a new member enters their first and last name when they create an account. With it off, members sign up with an email address only.

Turn it on if you greet members by name, run a community, or export your member list to another tool. Existing members who never gave a name are asked for it the next time they sign in.

## Email Purchase Receipts

Under **General**, the **Customer receipts** switch controls whether members get an emailed receipt for each purchase. It is on for every app unless you turn it off.

Turn it off only if another system already sends your receipts, so members do not get two.

## Turn Off Passion Branding

Under **Passion.io branding**, the **Show Passion branding** switch controls whether Passion is credited in your app. Turn it off for a fully white-labeled app, where your plan includes it.

**Native apps** is where the bridge to your App Store and Google Play submissions lives. To submit, use **App Store & Play** in the sidebar.
