# Track Usage and Auto Top-Up

See how many credits you've used this period and keep your AI answering clients when you run low.

## Track Your Credit Usage

The **Credits** section leads with what you have left, not what you've spent.

1. In the sidebar, open the account menu and select **Account**. The page opens on **Subscription & plans**.
2. Read **Credits remaining** — the large figure is what's left, against your monthly allowance. A reading of 6,000 / 10,000 means 6,000 still to spend, not 6,000 spent.
3. Use the progress bar for an at-a-glance view of the same thing.
4. Below it, four figures break the month down: **Used this period**, **Bonus credits** (any topped up or granted, which spend like the rest), **Plan** (what you pay), and **Auto top-up** (**On** or **Off**).
5. **Renews**, on the right, is the date your included credits refresh.

## Turn On Auto Top-Up

To keep your AI answering clients without a manual top-up, turn on **Extra credits auto-purchasing**.

1. In the **Credits** section, switch on **Extra credits auto-purchasing**.
2. When you run low on included credits, your default Stripe payment method is charged for more.

This matters before a launch: a busy week can run through credits fast, and auto top-up keeps your AI live so clients keep getting answers instead of hitting a wall.
