# Filter and Search Your Clients

Narrow the roster by engagement, access, and join date, group it, or search for one person.

## Filter the Roster

In the sidebar, select **People** (previously Clients). Refine the roster from the toolbar above the table. The filters layer together, so you can narrow by engagement and access at the same time.

1. Select **Filters** to open the filter menu.
2. Under **Engagement**, choose a preset: **Needs attention**, **Went quiet**, **Thriving**, or **Inactive**.
3. Under **Access**, pick how clients reached your AI — **Invite link**, **Public link**, or **Paid access**. Select more than one if you need to.
4. Under **Joined**, choose a window: **Last 24 hours**, **Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days**, or **All time**.
5. Under **AI status**, select **AI replies paused** to show only clients whose AI replies you've paused.

Active filters appear as chips below the toolbar. To reset them, select **Clear all** in the filter menu.

## Group the Roster

To organize the list rather than narrow it, select **Group by** and choose how to cluster the rows:

* **Engagement**
* **Access**
* **When they joined**
* **Status**

Choose **No grouping** to flatten the list again.

Grouping keeps every client on screen but stacks them by the trait you pick, so patterns across the roster stand out.

## Search for a Client

To find one person fast, type a name or email into **Search clients**. The roster filters as you type, and your search combines with any filters or grouping already applied.
