# Find a Conversation

Narrow a busy list down to the chats worth reading with the stat strip, search, filters, and grouping.

> **Your AI** is available on certain plans and app types. If you don't see the AI block in your sidebar, please check our pricing page for more information.

## Read the Stat Strip

Above the list, four tiles summarize activity across your whole account — not just the threads loaded on screen.

* **Watching** — how many threads are active right now, plus when the last reply landed.
* **Active** — conversations active this week, shown as a share of your total.
* **Total** — every conversation on your account.
* **Sessions** — chats running a Session. With none yet, the tile becomes **Create your first session** and points you to Sessions.

These numbers tell you where to spend your reading time before you open a single thread.

## Search and Filter

You rarely need every thread. Narrow the list to the chats worth reading.

1. In the sidebar, select **Insights** (previously Conversations).
2. Type in **Search conversations** to match a client name, ID, or the last thing they said.
3. Select **Filters** to combine:
   * **Scope** — **All conversations** or **Sessions only**.
   * **Confidence** — **Low confidence**, **Medium confidence**, or **High confidence**, so you can find where your AI was least sure.
   * **Time window** — **Last 24 hours**, **Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days**, or **All time**.
   * **Boundary** — **Hit a boundary** surfaces chats your AI held at the edge of scope.
   * **Topic & client** — type a topic (for example, "pricing") or a client ID or email.

Active filters show as chips below the bar. Select **Clear all** to reset. If a filter matches nothing, you'll see "No conversations match these filters" — your chats are still there, the filter is just strict.

## Group the List

Reshape the list so related chats sit together.

1. Select **Group by**.
2. Organize the list by **Client**, **When**, **Session**, or **Held back**.
