# Open a Client's Profile

See who one client is over time — what your AI has learned about them, what they're on, and how to reach out.

* [Read the Overview](#read-the-overview)

* [Reach Out to the Client](#reach-out-to-the-client)

## Open the Profile

In the sidebar, select **People** (previously Clients), then select any row to open that client's profile. The profile shows who this person is over time, rather than a single chat.

The header carries their name and email. To return to the roster with your filters intact, select the back arrow.

## Read the Overview

The profile opens on **Overview**, which leads with what your AI has learned about this person. Sections appear only when there's something real to show, so a short profile means a quiet client rather than a broken page:

* **Goals** they're working toward.
* **Talks about** — the topics they keep raising.
* **Memories** your AI is holding for them.
* **Promised in chat** — commitments your AI made that are waiting on a follow-up.
* **Latest conversation** — a preview of the most recent thread, which you can open in full.
* **Courses** they have access to, and where they've reached.
* **Activity** — a timeline of what they've done recently, with follow-up emails folded in.

Their plan sits alongside, reading **Active**, **Trial**, **Canceled**, or **Ended**.

Before a client has talked enough for any of this to fill in, the Overview says **Early days** and tells you how many conversations they've had, rather than showing empty boxes.

## Move Between the Tabs

The tabs across the top split the rest of the relationship:

* **Offer & billing** — what they're paying for.
* **Courses** — their progress in detail.
* **AI conversations** — their full chat history with your AI.
* **Community** — the channels they can reach.

Which tabs you see depends on your app and the client. An anonymous visitor who has only chatted has fewer than a paying member.

## Reach Out to the Client

**Send a note** sits in the profile header. Where it takes you depends on what your app has:

* With community messaging on, it opens a direct message to that person in **Community**, with the conversation already addressed to them.
* Otherwise it opens a creator note against their profile.

Use it to follow up on a blocker, nudge a quiet client, or pick up a commitment your AI made. Reach out about something specific the profile told you — a generic check-in reads as automated, which is the opposite of what the profile is for.
