# Review a Conversation and Its Citations

Open a thread to read what your client asked, how your AI answered, and which Resources each reply came from.

## Open a Conversation

**Insights** (previously Conversations) shows full transcripts — what your client asked, how your AI answered, and the Resources behind every reply.

1. In the sidebar, select **Insights**.
2. The list of chats loads on the left, newest at the top.
3. Select any row to open the full thread on the right.

The header shows the client, **Last activity**, and a status badge — **Active** when your AI is replying.

## Read the Thread and Its Citations

Read the conversation exactly as your client experienced it.

1. Read the thread top to bottom under the **Thread** tab.
2. Each of your AI's replies carries citations showing which Resources the answer came from.
3. To load earlier messages, scroll up — older messages load as you go.

This view is read-only. Your clients chat directly with your AI; you're reviewing what was said, not joining the chat. Where a reply leans on weak or missing material — or cites nothing at all — that's your cue to tighten a Resource or write an instruction.

## See Where a Session Started and Ended

When a client moves through a guided session, the transcript marks it inline so you can tell a session apart from an open chat.

1. Read down the thread as usual.
2. Where a session begins, an **entered** marker names it; where it ends, a **left** marker closes it.
3. Everything between the two markers is the session running; everything outside it is free conversation.

Use the markers to judge a session on its own terms. A client who abandons mid-session is a different problem from one who never entered it — the first says the session needs work, the second says nothing is pointing clients at it.

## Open the Client's Profile

The thread is read-only and doesn't link out, so open the person from the roster instead.

1. In the sidebar, select **People**.
2. Find the client by name, or search for them.
3. Select their row to open the full profile, including the **AI conversations** tab with their whole history.
