# See Who Your Clients Are

The People roster shows everyone with access to your app and how each one is engaging.

## Read the Roster

In the sidebar, select **People** (previously Clients). The roster lists everyone with access, one row per person.

Every app gets the membership columns, whether or not you have an AI:

* **Client** — name and email.
* **Plan** — the plan they're on.
* **Member since** — when they joined.
* **Subscription** — the state of their access.

If you have a You AI subscription, four more columns read off chat activity:

* **Msg** — total messages they've sent.
* **Sess** — Sessions they've completed.
* A weekly activity trend line.
* **Last** — when they were last active.

Those four are dropped rather than shown empty when you have no AI, so a zero in **Msg** means a quiet client, not a missing feature.

A row flags itself when it needs you. An **At risk** marker calls out clients whose engagement is slipping, so you can spot who's worth a nudge before they drift.

## Narrow the Roster by Engagement

Engagement groups live in the toolbar's **Filters** menu, not as tiles above the table. Select **Filters**, then pick one under **Engagement**: **Needs attention**, **Went quiet**, **Thriving**, or **Inactive**.

Use **Went quiet** to find the people worth reaching out to, and **Thriving** to see who your AI is holding momentum with. The count beside **Filters** tells you how many are active, so you always know whether you're looking at everyone or a slice.
